Very clean and professionally maintained room. I stayed in old building in a room with good ventilation and view. The weather was nice. We enjoyed the fresh breeze therein. Thank you Khalid and Zainab for all the time and help at reception desk. Everything in continetal breakfast was amazing, well prepared and presented. Yasin and rest of staff are very good there.

Waqas

Rawan was very helpful, friendly and professional on arrival. Tnx to the morning receptionist and security who helped me so fast as I parked my car in the parking for the restaurant. Habuk’s food is also the best. Every Ramadan I always do an Iftar at the hotel

The staff were really professional and kind. Room service were quick and good. The only thing is i wish the chromecast was working and if inform the gust with regards to the HDMI cable. Other than that everything was great and loved it.

Mohamed

The reception staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Ms Reemza in particular. The Manager, Mr Bassam, gave me personal attention and was very supportive with his local knowledge of the city and country.

The Hotel is great. All Staff are professional and supportive, very willing to serve you and help as much as they can. I really felt comfortable and would certainly go back there whenever I can.
